Local Social’s Club

Terms & Conditions

Published September 11, 2026. Based on the policies provided in the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using Local Social's Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Community Guidelines, and any related policies presented in the app. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. You are responsible for making sure you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement where you live.

2. Purpose of the Service

Local Social's Club is intended to help people discover and participate in local communities, groups, events, conversations, businesses, creators, and shared interests. The platform provides tools that support connection and discovery, but it does not promise friendship, compatibility, attendance, event quality, organizer reliability, business performance, or any specific personal or commercial outcome.

3. Responsible Internet Practices

Use the service honestly, carefully, and in good faith. Verify important information before sharing it or acting on it. Do not post or transmit passwords, financial credentials, government identifiers, precise private addresses, or another person's confidential information without permission. Be cautious with unfamiliar links, money requests, suspicious offers, and anyone pressuring you to move a conversation, transaction, or meeting outside normal safeguards.

4. Respectful Community Conduct

Treat other members with dignity and respect their boundaries, identity, safety, and consent. Harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, bullying, sexual exploitation, unwanted sexual content, impersonation, fraud, intimidation, spam, coordinated abuse, or encouragement of violence or illegal activity is prohibited. Disagreement, criticism, and different opinions may exist on the platform, but abusive behavior is not allowed.

5. Your Content and Permissions

You remain responsible for the posts, photos, videos, messages, comments, blogs, listings, groups, events, and other content you create or upload. Share only content you own or have permission to use. You may not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights. By posting content, you give Local Social's Club a limited permission to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, subject to your settings and applicable law.

6. Privacy, Consent, and Personal Information

Respect consent before photographing, recording, tagging, or sharing information about other people. Do not publish private contact details, home addresses, sensitive images, personal records, or identifying information without permission. Privacy controls can help reduce visibility, but no online system can guarantee that content will never be copied, saved, screenshotted, or shared by others.

7. Groups, Events, and In-Person Safety

Many groups and events are created by members, organizers, businesses, or independent hosts. Review event details, venue rules, costs, accessibility notes, age restrictions, and organizer information before participating. When meeting someone new, consider public places, tell a trusted person where you are going, arrange your own transportation, protect your valuables, and leave whenever you feel uncomfortable. Contact local emergency services immediately if anyone is in danger.

8. Local Businesses, Sales, and Payments

Businesses, creators, organizers, goods, services, tickets, memberships, sponsorships, and other offers available through the platform may be provided by third parties. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Local Social's Club is not the seller, organizer, employer, insurer, or guarantor of third-party offers. Review prices, refund terms, qualifications, age rules, and safety information before paying or participating. Never send money simply because another person creates urgency, pressure, or secrecy.

9. Account Security and Authenticity

Provide accurate account information and do not impersonate another person, business, or organization. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for the activity that occurs through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or misuse of your account. Do not sell, transfer, scrape, automate, or misuse accounts, content, or platform data.

10. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Local Social's Club has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Members can report concerning content or behavior and block other users where those tools are available. We review reports promptly and may remove content that violates these terms within 24 hours, limit reach or features, preserve relevant records, suspend accounts, or permanently remove access when necessary to protect members, enforce policies, comply with law, or maintain the integrity of the platform. Reporting and moderation tools may not be abused to harass others or suppress good-faith participation.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to exploit minors, facilitate trafficking, distribute malware, phish for credentials, organize illegal activity, evade enforcement, manipulate engagement, collect personal information without authorization, or create content that presents a credible risk of physical, financial, sexual, or emotional harm. You may not use the platform to deceive people about identity, ownership, pricing, sponsorship, professional qualifications, or event legitimacy.

12. Availability and Limits of Responsibility

The service may change over time, experience interruptions, contain bugs, or include information supplied by users or third parties that is incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. To the extent permitted by law, you use community content, interactions, events, groups, purchases, and third-party offerings at your own judgment and risk. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update features, policies, and these terms as the platform grows or as legal, product, business, and safety needs change. Material updates may be communicated in the app or through the contact information associated with your account. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.

14. Contact and Questions

Email help.localsocial.llc@gmail.com or use Help Center, Report a Problem, or Send Feedback in Settings if you need assistance, want to report unsafe behavior, or have questions about these terms. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first and use the app's reporting tools after immediate safety needs have been addressed.
